How we collect, use, and protect the information you share with us.

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company or practice name, the accounting software you use, your monthly invoice volume, and any message you choose to add. That's the only information this website collects. There are no analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or cookies beyond what's strictly required to load the page.
We use what you submit to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal tailored to your business. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Contact form submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form backend provider, which stores your submission securely and forwards it to us. Formspree's own privacy practices are available at their website.
We retain contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and keep a record of business communications, and we'll delete them on request.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any information you've submitted at any time by emailing hello@docuentries.com.
We're based in Zimbabwe, and this policy is written with that in mind rather than as a GDPR notice. The principle is the same either way: we collect only what we need, use it only for what you gave it to us for, and never sell it.
